:: Murli Prakash

Murli, is a young lad from Manali, in his early twenties, looking after the front office at Paramount Adventures. His qualifications in mountaineering include Basic, Advance & MOI (Method of Instruction) in Mountaineering from Directorate of Mountaineering & Allied Sports (DMAS), Manali. He is one of our instructors at the “Kids adventure camp”. He also joins treks & expeditions as an Assistant Guide. He is very resourceful and a reliable partner on the trail. He also looks after the pre-arrangements of the outdoor movements, be it setting up the camp, pre-departure shopping, arranging transportation etc. Being the youngest in the team he is always on the move. A very polite and soft spoken boy, he is always eager to help you.

We are situated in Manali, Himachal Pradesh State, India. With the majestic grandeur of the Himalaya on one side, river Beas cutting across the town, verdant valleys and grazing herds dotting the hillsides, apple orchards and the folk music adding romance to the ambience, Manali presents a wondrous canvas to the traveler. Or encounter adventure on the myriad trekking trails, while skiing on the snow slopes, or rafting down the Beas river. As its magical charm enamors, you will ebulliently agree that it has rightly been christened as the "Valley of the Gods”. 
One region of Himalaya is so different from another that many visitors have difficulty knowing where to begin. We at “Paramount Adventure” help the visitors to narrow the options, with perceptive assessments as to where to go, what to see and do. We are constantly working on new ways to provide our clients reliable, safe, and an enjoyable holiday. Our skillful and resourceful network of people ensure the highest standards of services even in the most interiors of the Himalaya.

 :: Bhagat Thakur

He is the most senior and experienced Skiing instructor and Mountain guide of Paramount Adventures. He comes from a small village near Manali, called Burua. A gifted skier and talented mountain guide, Bhagat is also silver medalist in Skiing at the 1st National Winter Games in 1998. Behind his calm exterior lies a treasure trove of knowledge gathered over years of guiding numerous treks and escorting Safaris to the remotest regions of Himalaya, viz. Zanskar, Ladakh, Lahaul-Spiti, and Kinnaur. He brings in an unusual warmth in his interaction with our guests – both the elderly as well as the young. 
 

 

 

 

:: Vishal Thakur
A native of Himachal Pradesh, he is a ‘mountaineer’ in every sense of the word. He is more ‘at home’ in the mountains than in the office. Behind the cool exterior lies a treasure trove of knowledge gathered over years of trekking in the wilderness and he knows the mountains of Himachal Pradesh and Ladakh like the back of his hand. His interests lie in technical climbing, glacier travel and Kids adventure camps. His qualifications in mountaineering include Basic, Advance & MOI (Method of Instruction) in Mountaineering; Basic & Intermediate courses in Skiing from Directorate of Mountaineering & Allied Sports (DMAS), Manali. He has also been a visiting mountaineering instructor with DMAS, Manali for 3 years. His zeal and enthusiasm lie in trying to making a real impact related to mountaineering in “safety education” and “preserving and raising awareness of the environment”.
:: Rajendra Paul

Rajender Paul also known as RP, comes from a small town of Manali. He has done his schooling from Lawrence School, Sanawar and Graduated from D A V College, Chandigarh. after his graduation he started looking after his father's shop. it was his immense liking towards the adventure, that he transformed his shop into a "trek shop". his shop is also recommended by the Lonely Planet. today he is the only person to provide all sorts of fishing and trekking equipments in Manali. His vision, to provide professional and responsible services to the adventure enthusiasts visiting Manali; led the way to incorporate Paramount Adventures. He is the Guiding force behind the Company.
